Methodology includes: Top-10 findings (reliability, performance, cost), 3 Day-7 Quick Wins, and a 90-day roadmap (effort • impact • owner • risk).
Process: Kickoff => analysis (p95/p99, queues, IaC, autoscaling/alerts, cost hotspots) => draft => final deck + readout.
Privacy-first: No PII, no data extraction; artifacts or screenshare. EU-only processing; NDA; optional DPA. Notes deleted <= 30 days.
Scope: Analysis & recommendations (implementation was separate in past engagements).

Do you access production data?
By default, no. I review configs, billing exports, schemas, and aggregated charts-often via screen-share. Optional on-site/tenant-only access under NDA/DPA if needed.
Do you implement changes?
The 2-week audit methodology provides analysis & recommendations. Implementation or on-site checks were available as follow-on engagements in past work.
Where is work processed?
EU-only. I do not use sub-processors without written consent.
How long do you keep working notes?
<= 30 days after delivery, then they’re deleted.
