Personal website — not a company or employer site

atabakkh.github.io is a personal blog for research, thoughts, and experiences operated by Dr. Atabak Kheirkhah in an individual capacity.

Articles share patterns from platform, migration, and leadership work in general terms. They are not courses, consulting offers, or instructions to apply at any specific organization.

No connection to current employment

I am employed full-time in Germany. To avoid any misunderstanding:

Articles, opinions, examples, and frameworks on this site are personal views — thoughts and experiences, not teaching material or professional advice.
Content does not describe my current employer’s systems, architecture, data, tools, roadmaps, incidents, or internal practices.
I do not use or disclose confidential, proprietary, or non-public information from any employer or client.
Examples (e.g. finance reconciliation, migration, AI governance) are generic industry scenarios unless explicitly labeled as a personal lab / hobby project (such as a PoC on a personal cloud account).

If anything appears to overlap with a real organization, that is coincidental. Generic terms like “finance team,” “revenue reconciliation,” or “regulated industry” refer to common enterprise patterns, not to a specific company.

Educational content — not professional advice

All posts, pages, checklists, and code samples are shared “as is” from personal experience and public industry patterns. They are not:

Professional, legal, tax, regulatory, or investment advice
Instructions to apply at any specific organization

Side activities (Nebentätigkeit) - Germany

In Germany, employees may have duties to inform or obtain approval from their employer for certain secondary activities (Nebentätigkeit), depending on the employment contract and company policy.

This site is my non-commercial personal publishing (research, thoughts, and experiences). If my contract requires disclosure of blogs, speaking, or similar activities, I follow my contract and internal policies. This disclaimer does not replace employer rules or legal advice.
